She is survived by: her husband Tom; her children, Kimberly (Steve) and Shane (Melanie); her grandchild Ashley (Daniel); her children, Brooke, Allie Paige, Johnny, Riley and Carson; and her siblings, Jack, Ann (Dick) and Earl (Martha). She is also survived by her family and friends.
