He is survived by: his wife Sonya West McCullough; his children, Lee McCullough, Stephanie McCullough Stone and Kristen McCullough; his siblings, Terry McCullough and Kay Puckett (Frank); and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Tripp, Bailey, Emerie, Joey, Henleigh and Freya. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to be made to the Wittenberg Lutheran Church Food Pantry.
