We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2023, at the age of 90, Danola Greer Gossett of Lexington, South Carolina, born in Jenkins, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Asa R. Gossett; her children, Linda Messick, Dennis Gossett, Owen Gossett, Keith Gossett and Kenneth Gossett; her parents, Noah Greer and Sarah Greer; and her siblings, Retha Addington, Aileen Adams, Harold Greer, Okie Greer, Jr., Aretta Mullins, Bobby Greer and Geoffrey "Goff" Greer.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Poplin (Hank) and Asa R. Gossett, Jr. (Susan); and her siblings, Tommy Greer (Peggy) and Carol "Coo" Cantrell. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
