We are sad to announce that on December 23, 2023, at the age of 89, Daphne S. Rushe of Lexington, South Carolina, born in West Columbia, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend William Arthur and Mary Reynolds Shepherd; and her siblings, Marian Pitts, Nell Johnson, Jane Condon, Ben, Phillip, William, Allen, Thomas (Harold), David (Ed) and Bob Shepherd.
She is survived by: her husband George Marion Rushe; her son Randall George (Amanda Rushe) of Chapin; her grandchildren, Laura Rushe of Denver, Alexander Rushe of Nashville, George Marion II, Laurence Rushe of Columbia, Aubrey Robles (Rushe) of Dallas, Eric Rushe of Seattle and Shelby Rushe of Boston; Samuel Robles and Thomas Rushe. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
