He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Johnson and Aizlee Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Linda Johnson; his son Sean Johnson (Ann); and his grandchildren, Katelen and Caleb.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Edmund First Baptist Church can be made in David's name.
