He is survived by: his wife Cathy Neely; his children, Paul Neely, Jason Neely (Catherine), Brian Neely, Michael Brooks (Becky) and Gena Brooks (Luther Duffie); his grandchildren, Zachary Neely, Alexis Neely (Dalton White), Richie McCullough, Ryan McCullough (Lauren Tillman), Reece McCullough, Brianna Knapper, Madison Knapper and Alyssa (Isaiah); and his great grandchildren, Skyler, Easton, Emelia, Camryn, Kayden and Laney.
