She is survived by: her husband Joseph "Joe" Goldyn; her siblings, Joseph Veverica (Connie), Karen Veverica (Roelof Sikkens), Linda Straayer, Patricia Veverica, Ann Levine (Michael), Stephen Veverica (Antoinette), Annette Culbertson and Kimberly Robinson (Gregory); her stepmother Sandy Floreani; her son Nicholas (Bridget); and her grandchildren, Audrey, Darcy, Mickey and Brody.

“So very sorry for your loss. I considered Diane one of my best friends although in recent years we saw each other infrequently. When we did get together it was if no time had passed and we were college students again, laughing, and remembering all the wonderful times we shared. I loved her dearly and she will be missed every day. Her delightful laugh and wonderful hospitality are only a couple of the many things I will cherish.”
