He is survived by: his wife Carole J. Anschutz; his children, Constance Cook (David) and Douglas; his grandchildren, Blake and Miranda Cook; and his siblings, Darlene Gauger, Otto Mueller, Jr. (Marilyn), Dorothy Stodola (Joe), Delores Pribek (Eugene), Leon Mueller (Louise), Janice Schmeling and Ronald Mueller.
