He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen MacEachern and Patricia Sproles MacEachern. He is survived by: his wife Karen Maxheimer MacEachern; his daughter Stacey Reaves (Jim); his grandchildren, Jake Reaves (Sarah-Katherine) and Madison Elmore (Trent); and his siblings, Kent Mac Eachern (Marsha), Eric MacEachern (Val) and Alison Salane (Bill). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Foundation of America in honor of his wife.
