We announce the death of Donald Martin of Lexington, South Carolina, who passed away on July 17, 2026, at the age of 82. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Martin, Sr. and Edith Dillon Martin; and his siblings, Charles E. Martin, Marjorie E. Martin Hobbs, Clarence "Bob" Martin, Jr., Mildred R. Martin, Carl L. Martin, Clara E. Martin Russell, Blanche N. Martin, Elmer L. Martin, Betty Martin Johnson, Floyd Martin and Della Martin Hudson.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Wright Martin; his children, Angela Martin of Lexington and Dennis Martin (Jennifer) of Bethany, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Christopher Rehn (Jordan) of Lexington, Benjamin Martin of Bethany and Bailey Martin of Bethany, Oklahoma; his great grandchildren, Eden Rehn of Lexington and Evan Slaughter of Lexington; and his brothers, James Martin (Kathleen) of Hammondsville and Rosemond "Jack" Martin of Mingo Jct. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Interment will follow at the Sugar Grove Union Cemetery County Road 68 Toronto. in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Chip may be directed to the Port Homer Community Church, 2452 County Road 68, Toronto, OH 43964.
