She was predeceased by: her parents, James Vernon and Doris Melba Rose McDaniel; her husband Jackson Lee Woods; and her grandson Christopher Lee "Gar" Oswalt. She is survived by: her children, James Lee "Woody" Woods (Dana Medley), Wilbur "Will" Woods (Shelly) and Doris Kathleen "Kathy" Whittle (Russell); her grandchildren, Lynne Layne (Brandy), Rebekah Woods, Michelle Woods, Miranda Hull (John), Airen Clamp (Alecia), Cameron Clamp and Chandler Oswalt; and her sister Betty McDaniel Landers. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended relatives.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Edmund First Baptist Church (6256 Edmund Hwy, Lexington, SC 29073). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
