She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Franklin, Sr. and Gladys Keisler McCartha; her husband Wyman Leaphart; her son Allen Leaphart; her siblings, Margaret Miller, Catherine Gable, Carolyn Whittle and Brice McCartha (Betty Jo); and her brothers-in-law, Grover Miller, Wayne Gable and Melvin Whittle.
She is survived by: her children, Roger Leaphart (Margaret) and Donna Yarbrough (Dave); her grandchildren, Caroline Strehl (Luke), Jacob Leaphart (Samantha), Jane Yarbrough and Wyatt Yarbrough; her great grandchild Georgia Strehl; her granddaughter Lisa Buzhardt (Brit); and her siblings, Howard McCartha (Ann) and Helen Smith (Larry).
