She is survived by: her children, Kevin Alan Self of West Columbia, Angela Renee Self Kerr of Gaston and Deborah Elaine Self of West Columbia; and her grandchildren, Maria Lauren Kerr, Jeremy Andrew Jacob (Jessi) and Joshua Kirkland Jacob.
