He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Edward Fletcher and Mary Frances Baker Fletcher of West Columbia; and his son Stephen Craig Fletcher. He is survived by: his wife Jane Grimsley Fletcher of Oakleaf Village; and his siblings, Thomas Fletcher (Barbara) of Burnsville, NC, Gayle Fletcher of West Columbia and Suzanne Umberger (John) of Columbia. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
