He was predeceased by : his parents, Oscar Edward Fletcher and Mary Frances Baker Fletcher of West Columbia; and his son Stephen Craig Fletcher. He is survived by : his wife Jane Grimsley Fletcher of Oakleaf Village; and his siblings, Thomas Fletcher (Barbara) of Burnsville, NC, Gayle Fletcher of West Columbia and Suzanne Umberger (John) of Columbia. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Jane and Randall Fletcher Scholarship Fund to benefit children, c/o Connie Maxwell Children's Ministries, P.O. Box 1178, Greenwood, SC 29648-1178.
