She was loved and cherished by many people including: partner: Adam; parents: Bonnie McElveen, Joe McElveen, and Stephen Everett; grandmother: Betty Mileski (Mim); brothers: Joel and Craig; stepbrother: Leland McElveen; nieces: Anna, Amelia, and Mikayla; nephews: Cole and Aidan; and many friends and extended family.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Caughman-Harman Funeral Home (503 N Lake Dr, Lexington, SC 29072).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in Emily's honor to the Carolina Wildlife Center, 5551 Bush River Road, Columbia, SC 29212, in recognition of her deep love for wildlife and the natural world.
