He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ernest Daniel Shull, Sr., Jennie Lee Cannon Shull of West Columbia, Thomas Henry Hentz and Fay Hite Hentz of Lexington. He is survived by: his parents, Ernest Daniel Shull, Jr. and Patsy Hentz Shull of Lexington, SC.; and his brothers, David W. Shull (Charlotte Knight) and Calvin H. Shull.
