He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman J. Guay and Cecile I. Couture Guay; and his brother Norman Guay (late Sandra Gail Miller). He is survived by: his significant other Anna Taylor Blythe; his significant other's children, JoAn Baxter Roland (Sam), James "Bo" Baxter (Rose), Savanna Baxter, Hugh Baxter (Michele) and Baylee Ann Okon; his sister Anne Marie Guay Kaplan; his granddaughter Rylee Kaplan; his sons, Joseph "Joe" and Michael Guay (Heather); his grandsons, Sean and Evan; his great grandchildren, Pam Anderson, Richard Schumpert (Kim) and Marty Schumpert; his child Karly Long Richardson (Tyler); his grandchildren, Wyatt and Allie; his daughter Kristy Long; his grandchildren, Dylan Williams, Taylor Michael, Aubrey Harmon and Jamie Moore; his son Bobby "BJ" Long, Jr. (Felicia); his grandchildren, Farah and Brayla Long; his children, Jeremey Shumpert, Chelsea, Summer, Matthew Schumpert, Aaron, Blake and Laken Schumpert; his nephew Joseph; his sister-in-law Grace Bartly; Sammy (Ashley), Matt, Hannah (Parker), Taylor Baxter (Katie) and Curtis.
