He was predeceased by: his parents, Metro Kozemko and Helen Zeedock Kozemko; his brother Emil; and his siblings-in-law, Sophy Kozemko and Francis J. Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Smith Kozemko; his daughter Karen Steed of Elmira; his grandchildren, Alexandra, Ryan (Tessa Joseph), Nicholas and Caitlin; his daughter Colleen; his son-in-law Kevin McCarthy of Elmira; his grandchildren, Lindsay, Justin and Patrick; his son Eugene "Mickey"; his daughter-in-law Joan Kozemko of Lexington, SC; his grandchildren, Riley, Molly and Dallas; his sister-in-law Maureen Smith of Williamsport, PA; his son-in-law Frank Steed of Elmira; and his close friends, Joe Schiefen and Marty Chalk. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
