He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fernando Ferreira and Lourinda Carneiro Ferreira; his wife Nancy DiCairano Ferreira of Tarrytown, NY; and his children, Kerrie Lee, Rebecca Shaffner, Shanon Peterson and Gavin Ferreira. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
