We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2022, at the age of 98, Frances Hitchcock (Lexington, South Carolina), born in Charleston, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Rex; her parents, Marcus Henry Smith and Blanche Engle Smith; her siblings, Bernard Smith and Marion Cohen; and her granddaughter Julie Spence.

She is survived by: her daughters, Debra (Richard Reinhart) and Jill (Gary Spence); her grandchildren, Geoffrey, Richelle and Daniel; and her great grandchildren, Marlow, Rosalie and Dessie. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, and friends.
