She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron James and Betty Brazell Sweatt of Lexington; her husband John "Johnny" Edrington III; and her sister-in-law Susan W. Sweatt. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer "Jenny" Edrington Taylor (Mark) and Julie Edrington-Fisher; her siblings, Robert Sweatt and Angie Sweatt Helms (Ed); and her grandchildren, Judson Ross Taylor, Carter Wade Edrington, Madeline "Maddie" Grace Taylor, Davis Brice Fisher and Coleman James Fisher.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Cancer Society or The American Heart Association.
