He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Scheper Rucker. He is survived by: his father Butch Salters; his wife Dana Strange Salters; his mother-in-law Darlene Strange; Linda Scheper Rucker and Roberta Salters (Bobbie). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to his church, Center Pointe Community Church.
