He was predeceased by: his parents, Stella Douglas and James Douglas; and his sister Barbara Murphy Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Roberts Douglas (Cindy); his children, Ashley Douglas-Ruiz (Rony) and Jason Douglas (Alina); his grandchildren, Anna Ruiz, Ian Ruiz and Evan Douglas; and his brother Morris Douglas (Doris). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
