It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Franklin Wiggins of Lexington, South Carolina, born in Goldsboro, North Carolina, who passed away on December 20, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Joan Louise (Burda); his sons, Gary Jr. and Christopher Wiggins; his grandchildren, Kristen Younger, Rachel, Matthew and Christian Wiggins; his great grandchild Saul Gutierrez; and his brother Kenneth R. Wiggins.
