He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Walter Hendrix, Jr. and Mary Monts Hendrix of Lexington; his wife Rose Mary Maruskin; and his sister-in-law Jean Hendrix (Walter). He is survived by: his brothers, Walter (Linda) and Charlie Hendrix (Karey); his sister-in-law Joanie Maruskin; his nephew Steve Hendrix; and his nieces, Wanda Wingard, Kathy Bigham and Beth Jebali.
