He is survived by: his wife Shirley Carraway; his sons, David Carraway, Ronnie Carraway and Keith Carraway (Lisa); his stepdaughters, Terri Slice (Tony) and Renee'David (Rick); his brother Jimmy Carraway (Lillian); and his grandchildren, Chris Carraway (Heather), Jeremy Carraway (Stacey), Dustin Carraway (Anessa), Justin Carraway (Deanna), Brandon Carraway, Victoria Erskin (Dusty), Jarret Purvis (Nikki), Robert Purvis (Kayla), Jacqueline Smith (Kent), Amanda Poore (Tanner), Brittany Holland (Trip), Brooke Rogers and Richard David. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, four (4) great-great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.
