George Leslie Fogle Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Leslie Fogle of Lexington, South Carolina, who passed away on June 2, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

Though George Leslie may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those George Leslie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude L. Fogle and Ida Mae Fogle Snider; his wife Patsy A. Braxton Fogle; and his daughter Candy Gay. He is survived by: his children, George Clinton Fogle (Pamela) of Lexington, SC and Camey Gail Fogle Hayes (Drew Smith) of Alexandria, VA; his sister JoAnne Fogle Terry of Hampton, SC; and his grandsons, Cameron Hayes and Rion Fogle. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Allendale First Baptist Church (259 Memorial Ave S, Allendale, SC 29810). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
