He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Shealy and Virgie Shealy; his wife Gloria Ellen Shealy; his son Gerald C. Shealy; and his siblings, Ray Shealy, Perry Shealy, Ansel Shealy and Annis Summer.
He is survived by: his children, George Shealy, Jr. (Karen), Ryan Keith Shealy and Pamela Gaye Shealy; his siblings, John Shealy, Yvonne Spires, Dianne Henderson and Elaine Ray; his grandchildren, Daniel Shealy, James Shealy, Matthew Johnston, Katie Leamond and Ryan Shealy; and his great grandchildren, Ellie Leamond, Gage Johnston, Cai Johnston and Peyton Shealy.
