He was predeceased by: his father Harold Leonard Amick. He is survived by: his mother Annette Clifton Amick (Clifton) of Gaston; his wife Kelly Amick (Knotts); his children, Julia Amick Schaffer (Bryan) and Christopher Amick (Julia); his stepdaughter Erin Outz; and his brothers, Bruce Amick (Cindy) of Pine Ridge and Mark Amick (Kelly). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
