He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald H. Derrick, Sr. (Duck) and Roberta Metcalf Derrick. He is survived by: his significant other Sue Ann Wolfe Derrick; his son Nicholas Lee Derrick; his daughter-in-law Robin; and his brother Robert W. Derrick.
