She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Leonard; her parents, Franklin Hayes and Verdell KoonHayes; and her siblings, Martha Hayes Brewer and Charles Hayes.
She is survived by: her nephews, Jeff Brewer (Suzanne) of Lexington, Greg Brewer of Lexington, Tyler Brewer, Austin Brewer and Philip Brewer.
