She was predeceased by: her spouse Davide Barboza (Dave); her parents, Maynard Wood and Lola Kirk; and her brothers, James E. Wood (Lorena) and Frank A. Wood (Dorothy).
She is survived by: her children, Gary Barboza (Anne) and Lisa Kayton (Erwin); her grandchildren, Kristina Nieves (Luis), David Barboza and Nicholas Barboza; and her sibling's children, Betty Jane Miller and Edward Wood.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Barr-Price Funeral Home, Lexington Chapel (609 Northwood Rd, Lexington, SC 29072). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Fort Jackson National Cemetery (4170 Percival Rd, Columbia, SC 29229).
