She was predeceased by: her parents, James Walter and Molly Murray Murphy; her daughter Becky; her brother Douglas Murphy; her grandson John Brady Spigner; her husbands, Gordon L Addy and Donnie R Gable; and her close friend Harold M Bryant.
She is survived by: her children, Gordon "Red" L. Addy, Teresa Addy-Haltiwanger (Wayne), Michael W. Addy (Joann) and Donnie "Duke" R. Gable (Aubrey); her pet Molly; her granddaughters, Amber and Ashley; and her caregivers, Ashley, Brit and Meme. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.
