With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ira Howell of Lexington, South Carolina, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Bartow Howell, Sr. and Edna Bell Boone Howell; his wife Lida Dowd Howell; and his brother John Edwin Howell. He is survived by: his children, Iris Wyndham (Bruce) of Lexington, Allan Howell (Nathalie) of Beaufort and Derenda McDermott (Rick) of Lexington; and his grandchildren, Tanner Howell, Benjamin Howell, Allison Sloan, Trevor Wyndham and Patrick Bradley. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
