He is survived by: his children, Dale Temple (Diane), Mark Temple, Kaye Lorick (Bobby), Anita Miles (John) and Jeff Temples (Emily); his granddaughters, Danielle Beelke (Andrew), Brittany Lorick and Samantha Rogers (Michael); his brothers, David Temple (Jean) and Kenneth Temple (Carolyn); and his sisters-in-law, Ann, Trudie and Joyce.
