Gantt of Lexington, South Carolina, born in Orangeburg, South Carolina, who passed away on June 27, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leola Poole Gantt and George Festus Gantt; and his siblings, Wallace Gantt, Charles Gantt, Pat G. Hennessey and Ailene G. Chancey.
He is survived by: his family, Pick, Rest and Jimbo; his wife Janelle Spaulding Gantt; his sons, Dennis (Glenda) and David (Karen); and his sisters, Thelma G. Stewart and Juanita G Williams. He is also survived by Six grandchildren and five great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
