He was predeceased by: his adoptive parents, Daniel Kelley and Zelma Fisk Kelley; and his parents, James F. Kelley and Murley Wireman Hughes. He is survived by: his children, Jacque, Sherilyn and Jim Kelley, Jr.; his grandchildren, Jalynn Raper and Dominic Kelley; his siblings, Owen Hughes, Rosemary Hughes, Mary Curry and Sandra Wright; his son-in-law Brandon Raper; Daniel Kelley (Zelma Kelley). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
