He was predeceased by: his parents, Susan Barbara Douts of Lancaster County, PA and John F. Railing of Steelton, PA.; and his brothers, Harold Lee and John Robert Railing. He is survived by: his wife Angeline Josephine Colocino Embick of Avis, PA; his stepdaughter Linda (Edward) of Lansdale, PA; his stepgrandchildren, Christa (Ed), Katie (Pepe) and Thomas Bosch (Katie); his stepdaughter Barbara Embick of Gilbert, SC; Peggie Jo Hippert. He is also survived by her sons; and several nieces and nephews.
