He is survived by: his wife Harriette Parker Moultrie; his daughters, Martha Moultrie Gerrick of Lake Wylie, SC and Meg Moultrie Leonards (Robert) of Apex, NC; and his granddaughter Quincy Lell. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
