He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ray Mooneyham and Lucile Tindall Mooneyham. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Jackson Mooneyham; his children, Marie Mooneyham (Mark Kirlough), Stacie Sox (Brad), Kathy Mooneyham (Lester Sharpe) and Jason Mooneyham; his grandchildren, Camden, Brooke, Vincent, Heather (Andrew), Wesley and Seanacee; and his siblings, Ray D. Mooneyham (Carolyn) and Mary Lou Jackson (Richard).
