We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2023, at the age of 47, James Edward Stokes II (Lexington, South Carolina), born in Statesboro, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father James Edward Stokes; his stepfather Homer Clark; and his stepbrother Edward Clark (EC) of Lexington. He is survived by: his mother Mary Louise Stokes Clark (Clark); his son Bryson Stokes of Boca Raton, Florida; his granddaughter Ella Stokes of Glouster, Virginia.; and his stepbrothers, Howard Clark of Lexington and Travis Clark of Lexington. He is also survived by seven uncles, seven aunts, and two great aunts; and a host of cousins and other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family wishes for donations to be made to New Bethel AME Church in honor of James Edward Stokes, II.
