She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilton A. Herring, Jr. and Jane B. Wells. She is survived by: her husband Donald VanBorsch; her daughter Helen Welch (Hugh); her grandson Joshua Welch; her stepmother Mary Ann Herring; her brothers, Wilton Herring (Christi) of Canon, GA, Steve Herring (Kay) of Germantown, TN and Dave Herring (Maggie) of Memphis, TN; and her siblings-in-law, Mark VanBorsch and Kathy Rohrbach (Dale). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials may be sent to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital Memphis, TN in her honor.
