Janice Marie Bailey Obituary

We announce the death of Janice Marie Bailey of Lexington, South Carolina, who passed away on July 4, 2026, at the age of 72. Janice will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Marie "Doris" MacKay Bailey and James "Willard" Bailey; her sister Donna Bailey Martin; and her brother-in-law Al Bauer. She is survived by: her siblings, John J. "Jack" Bailey (Shirlyn), Linda Robertson (David Waxman) and Jane Guevara; her nieces and nephews, Caine Jeffcoat, Chrissy Bailey (Tripp), Stacey Rimer, Chaz Guevara (Lindsey), Mario Guevara and Alycia Rogers (Drew); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Austin Reely, Megan Reely, Lauren Rimer, Ashton Rimer and Brayden Chance.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to South Carolina School for the Deaf and Blind Foundation or National Association of the Deaf.
