He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Hoover; his son Randall Headden (Janna); his siblings, Michael Hoover (Shelly), Jonathan Hoover, Paul Hoover, Jesse Hoover and Marci Hoover; his aunt Rochelle Link (Harry); his grandchildren, Ashlyn Soles, Emily Soles, Kaitlyn Meetze and Nathan Meetze; and his great grandchild Zevaeh Berry. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Leukemia Society or Cancer of Many Colors.
