She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Williams and Janie Williams; and her daughter Tammy R. Bittner. She is survived by: her husband Billy Ross Deater of Lexington; her daughter Angelia Norris (John) of Pelion; her grandchildren, Jason Norris (Jennifer) of Griffen, Georgia, Erin Key (Christopher) of North Augusta, SC, Blake Lanford (Chelsea) of Sumter, SC, Kody and Tyler Bittner of Kempton, PA; her siblings, Elaine Burrell (Ralph) of Walhalla and Patrick Williams (Beth) of Elijah, NC; and her son-in-law Wade Bittner of Kempton, PA.. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
