He is survived by: his wife Diana; his children, Leanne Kyzer (Jace) of Lexington, Khelly Ford (Justin) of Murray, Kentucky, Jim Clement (Ann) of Eclectic, Alabama, Tracy Wilson (Mattrell) of Willow Spring and John Reay Jr.; his grandchildren, Katlyn Acton (Chris) of Lexington and Robert "RJ" Shank of Wilson; and his siblings, William Reay (Linda), Debbie Fetch (Ken) and Jean Suskey.
