He is survived by: his wife Tammy Rose South Parnell; his daughters, Lauren Elizabeth Patterson and Victoria Rose Williams (Jason); his grandchildren, Sidnee, Connyr, Zeplyn and Grayson; his siblings, Deborah McLaughlin, Michael Parnell (Sheryl) and Linda Rabon; his close friend David Rivers; and his pets, Rosie and Lulu. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
