He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Malichie and Sallie Lou Asbill Harmon; and his siblings, Laurie Harmon, Lou Ellen Frye, Faye Kyzer and Annie Ruth Greene.
He is survived by: his wife Portia Craps Harmon; his children, Adam Harmon (Anita), Kim Kuhn (Austin) and Lisa Hendley (Lee); and his siblings, Robert Harmon, Ina Mae Kyzer, Magalene Kyzer, Caffie Stricklin (Skip), Linda Sharpe and Pamela Brand (Steven). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
