He is survived by: his siblings, Linda, Cliff Bourgeois, Ricky Bannister, Kathy Rengering, Jerry Rengering (Pam) and Danny Rengering (Joanna); his stepmother Grace Butler; his wife Carol Ann Butler; and his daughter Ashley Marie Price. He is also survived by his family, friends.
