She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Smith and E. C. Smith; her grandparents, Lonnie and Loulie Glover; her sister Barbara Miller; and her sibling's children, Kord Brazell and Kristen Scott.

She is survived by: her husband Forrest Poole; her stepdaughter Miranda; her sons, Matthew, Nolan and Merit Takach; her sister Lynn Scott; and her niece Kappy Brazell Bays. She is also survived by her family and other loving relatives.

Those wishing to contribute in her memory should do so to their favorite charity or to any animal protection agency.
